Stephen Federbusch

Biography

Stephen Federbusch is Counsel in the Firm’s antitrust department, where he focuses on all phases of discovery, with a heavy focus on EDiscovery.

Prior to joining Berger Montague, Stephen worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in New York, as a Staff Attorney, working on discovery in class action shareholder suits, and DOJ Second Requests. Additionally, he has worked as a family law attorney, real estate attorney, and entertainment attorney, in both New York and New Jersey.
