Ms. Itri’s panel is scheduled for June 13 from 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. and is entitled “Relator’s Perspective.” As the False Claims Act has matured, lawyers who represent whistleblowers have worked to develop best practices for the investigation, initiation, litigation, and settlement or trial of qui tam cases. Ms. Itri and her fellow panelists will discuss the vetting, initiation, and resolution of such cases.
