Case Intake Analyst Coordinator
Rachel Gebo serves as the Firm’s Case Intake Analyst Coordinator. She is responsible for coordinating with attorneys and staff on new case investigations by overseeing case assignments, intake development, and intake management. Rachel also communicates directly with clients and prospective clients to gather factual information on potential claims and provide regular updates on case developments.
Rachel graduated with a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
Carmela M. Ginsberg
Director of Administration
Carmela M. Ginsberg is the Director of Administration and oversees operational departments, such as, human resources, benefits, facilities, library resources, information technology, and office services. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Firm.
Ms. Ginsberg has more than 30 years of experience as the administrator of litigation law firms. Carmela is a member of the Association of Legal Administrations and has held multiple positions on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group and International Legal Technology Association.
She was the recipient of an award from the City of Philadelphia for exemplary efforts in on-the-job support of individuals with disabilities.
Case Intake Analyst
Alex Grayson provides litigation support to the Employment & Unpaid Wages Group attorneys in their representation of employees who are not being paid properly under state and federal law.
Mr. Grayson also conducts factual investigations to uncover systematic wage theft in established and emerging industries across the U.S. Based on the outcome of the investigations, he interviews impacted workers to ascertain the unifying facts and evidence to collectively redress violations of state and federal worker protection laws.
Mr. Grayson received his B.A. from Clark University.
Ruben Green is a Litigation Paralegal and works with attorneys in all of our practice areas. He organizes and maintains case documents for complex litigation and ERISA cases. He also assists in preparing and filing court documents in state and federal courts, conducts factual and legal research, and organizes materials for trial preparation.
Mr. Green has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
