Diane Werwinski

Diane Werwinski is a Senior Litigation Paralegal in the antitrust litigation practice area. She maintains case documents for complex litigation, researches and analyzes documents and communicates findings to team members and partners, assists in preparing and filing court documents via ECF in the U.S. Federal District Courts, conducts factual and legal research and organizes all aspects of trial preparation.
Ms. Werwinski graduated from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Business Administration and with honors from Community College of Philadelphia’s Paralegal Studies Program.
Caitlin Wolfinger
Paralegal
Caitlin spent the last six years as a legal assistant for a small boutique maritime law firm in Philadelphia, before joining Berger Montague as a Paralegal. She has experience working on cases in state, federal and appellate courts. In December 2019, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Law and Public Policy, from California University of Pennsylvania. She is excited to join the firm as a paralegal in the Auto Defect group.
