HR Generalist
Jennifer is a PHR-certified HR Generalist with experience in all facets of Human Resources, including benefits administration, FMLA, employee relations, performance evaluations, handbook development, recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientations. She has also developed and carried out training and onboarding programs that included techniques, strategies, and software training.
Elizabeth Guzman
Paralegal
Liz Guzman is a Paralegal for the Firm’s Mass Tort Department in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Guzman has nearly twenty years’ experience as legal support staff in a diverse array of civil litigation practice areas in court jurisdictions across the United States, including eight years of prior Plaintiff’s personal injury/medical malpractice work.
Dirk Hamel
Paralegal
Dirk Hamel is a paralegal with the Firm’s Healthcare and ERISA practice groups. In the past, he worked closely with leading practitioners of ERISA law on complex class action litigation, serving primarily as litigation support. During the administration of several small-scale settlements, he also worked to facilitate direct communication between attorneys and class members. Dirk graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2017.
Noel Hemphill

Noel Hemphill is a Legal Project Analyst for the firm’s Consumer and Mass Tort Department in the Minneapolis office. Noel received her B.A. in English and Comparative Literary Studies from Occidental College, and later obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Hamline University.
Jean Hibray
Paralegal
Jean Hibray is a Paralegal, and the Office Manager for the Minneapolis office. Jean has worked for Berger Montague since 2016, and has been a paralegal for Managing Shareholder E. Michelle Drake since 2010. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis office, as well as a paralegal caseload with a focus on Fair Credit Reporting Act and Consumer Protection cases, across multiple jurisdictions.
Jean has an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute (2010), as well as a B.A. in Political Science-Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire (2009).
Jean is currently a member of the firm’s IT Committee, as well as the International Legal Technology Association, a volunteer for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, and previously served as a Co-Chair of the Minnesota Paralegal Association’s Consumer Law Section (2015).

Anjali works from the Minneapolis office as a Legal Project Analyst with the Mass Tort Department. Prior to Berger Montague, Anjali worked in customer service and handled calls and chats while providing researched answers to agents and clients demonstrating the ability to provide a quality experience for clients.
Deanna Kemler
Damages Analyst
Deanna Kemler is a Damages Analyst for the Employment and Unpaid Wages Practice Group.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology.
Stefana Klipa
Employment Case Analyst
Stefana Klipa is an Employment Case Analyst in the Employment & Unpaid Wages practice group. She conducts detailed investigations into federal and state employment and labor law violations. In addition, she provides litigation support and investigates class and collective action employment cases across the country.
Ms. Klipa gathers the building blocks for investigations by researching and analyzing information about individuals and corporations and addressing client questions and concerns through ongoing case management.
Ms. Klipa received her B.A. from The George Washington University.
