Case Intake Analyst

Stefana Klipa is a Case Intake Analyst in the Employment & Unpaid Wages practice group. She conducts detailed investigations into federal and state employment and labor law violations. In addition, she provides litigation support and investigates class and collective action employment cases across the country.

Ms. Klipa gathers the building blocks for investigations by researching and analyzing information about individuals and corporations and addressing client questions and concerns through ongoing case management.

Ms. Klipa received her B.A. from The George Washington University.

Case Intake Analyst

Tina Le serves as a Case Intake Analyst where she manages the Firm’s case intake for various cases. She is responsible for communicating, interviewing, and monitoring relations with potential clients, as well as following up with potential clients to obtain relevant documents; she is also responsible for preparing relevant reports and written materials to aid attorneys in summarizing and reviewing cases.

Ms. Le graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in English Literature.

Susan Leo

Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Susan Leo serves as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in the Firm’s Antitrust Department.  She has been with Berger Montague for over 20 years and is responsible for discovery matters and numerous other litigation-related tasks. 

Mrs. Leo graduated summa cum laude from Peirce College with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies.

Cori Maldonado joins Berger Montague with over fifteen years’ experience in Complex Litigation and Mass Torts in state and federal courts across the nation, in particular MDLs. Mr. Maldonado has acted in leadership roles and as a liaison on Steering Committees for Denture Cream, Diet Drug, Transvaginal/Pelvic Mesh and Vioxx litigations.

A born Philadelphian, Mr. Maldonado brings to the Firm an array of skills with extensive knowledge as to the operation of local trial courts. Specifically, Mr. Maldonado has served on trial teams for matters resulting in jury verdict awards from $2.1 million to $4.85 billion for plaintiffs. Among others, Mr. Maldonado works on antitrust, commodities, consumer protection and mass tort matters for the Firm.

Mr. Maldonado is an alumnus of the Pennsylvania State University.

Christina McCollum

Case Intake Analyst

Christina McCollum is a Case Intake Analyst for the Firm’s Consumer Department. She serves as an initial contact for consumer inquires to the Firm.

Her job duties include interviewing potential clients, collecting documents from individuals seeking representation, organizing the information and documents received, as well as maintaining communications with the prospective and retained clients. She is responsible for the overall organization of data, record keeping, and assisting the attorneys with continued client correspondences through the litigation process.

Ms. McCollum has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. She also assists the Marketing Department and attorneys with various design projects.

Case Intake Analyst

Dionis Mucollari is a Case Intake Analyst for the firm’s Consumer Protection and Defective Product groups. He manages inquiries from potential clients and serves as a point of contact for plaintiffs.

Mr. Mucollari received his B.A. from Boston University.

Theresa Petosa Headshot

Theresa Petosa


Theresa supports the Firm’s Consumer Protection practice on Defective Drug and Medical Device class actions and mass torts. She assists attorneys with case research, assessment and development, as well as settlement claims administration and processing.

Theresa comes to the Firm with significant case-investigation experience, including her work in criminal antitrust prosecution as a paralegal specialist with the United States Department of Justice for which she was a recipient of the Assistant Attorney General’s Award of Distinction. 

Theresa holds an M.A. in Conflict Studies from Arcadia University, awarded with Distinction and the university’s prize for intellectual inquiry for her graduate thesis. Theresa habla Espanol.

Jocelyn Sarvady Headshot

Jocelyn Sarvady

Legal Assistant/Case Intake Analyst

Jocelyn Sarvady serves as a Legal Assistant and one of Firm’s Case Intake Analyst. Ms. Sarvady has worked out of the Berger Montague’s growing Minneapolis, MN office since May 2018. Her day-to-day responsibilities include, managing and filing Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Individual cases, researching new FCRA cases based off of consumer leads, and updating clients on the status of their case.

Ms. Jocelyn graduated with her B.A. from St. Olaf College.

Diane Werwinski Headshot

Diane Werwinski


Diane Werwinski is a Senior Litigation Paralegal in the antitrust litigation practice area. She maintains case documents for complex litigation, researches and analyzes documents and communicates findings to team members and partners, assists in preparing and filing court documents via ECF in the U.S. Federal District Courts, conducts factual and legal research and organizes all aspects of trial preparation.

Ms. Werwinski graduated from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Business Administration and with honors from Community College of Philadelphia’s Paralegal Studies Program.
