Donatella Keohane

Biography

Donatella Keohane is Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust practice group. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Keohane worked for two prominent plaintiff’s antitrust and class action litigation law firms in New York, where she acquired extensive experience in all phases of complex litigation, with focus on discovery-related issues. Earlier in her career, she represented clients in M&A and corporate finance matters.

Ms. Keohane received her LL.M. degree from Fordham University School of Law. Before moving to New York City, Ms. Keohane received her LL.B. degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and worked as an associate for a leading law firm in Brazil. Ms. Keohane is fluent in Portuguese.
