Elaine Oldenettel

Biography

Elaine Oldenettel is Counsel practicing in the Firm’s Antitrust group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Oldenettel worked at a leading plaintiff’s class action law firm, where she focused her practice on pharmaceutical antitrust litigation.

Ms. Oldenettel received her law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. While in law school, Ms. Oldenettel interned at the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
