Joseph Klein

Biography

Joseph Klein is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust Department. He is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, with his early career concentrated on products liability cases. Since that time he has acquired extensive experience in class action matters, particularly antitrust, where he develops the evidentiary record for motions and trials with a focus on the economic theories of the case.

Mr. Klein is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
