Biography
Richa Sprung is Discovery Counsel with the Firm’s Antitrust department. Prior to joining Berger Montague, Mrs. Sprung was an eDiscovery Review Manager at Consilio where she focused her practice on large-scale eDiscovery projects ranging in various civil actions. Prior to that, Mrs. Sprung was involved in eDiscovery client services ranging from in-house to vendor positions. During her eDiscovery career, Mrs. Sprung has developed extensive knowledge of tools, best practices to gather and produce ESI, and combines traditional discovery with legal technology to develop advanced case planning.
Mrs. Sprung graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she was active in various clubs as well as the Health Law Journal. Mrs. Sprung served as the President of the South Asian Law School Association, Secretary of the Federalist Society, Vice-President of the Criminal Law Society, and had active membership in additional groups. Mrs. Sprung was also a member of the National Moot Trial Team where she competed throughout the states and received high praise for her advocacy skills.
