Biography
Taylor Hollinger is an Associate with the firm’s Antitrust group in the Philadelphia office.
Since joining the firm in Sept. 2022, Ms. Hollinger has participated in several antitrust lawsuits, primarily class actions, including:
- In re Geisinger Sys. Servs. and Evangelical Cmty. Hosp. Healthcare Workers Antitrust Litig., No. 4:21-cv-00196-MWB (M.D. Pa.)
- In re Mission Health Antitrust Litig., No. 1:22-cv-00114-MR (W.D.N.C.)
- King Drug Co. of Florence v. Abbott Labs., No. 2:19-cv-03565-HB (E.D. Pa.)
- Dale v. Deutsche Telekom AG, No. 1:22-cv-03189-TMD (N.D. Ill.)
- In re Seroquel XR Antitrust Litig., No. 1:20-cv-01076-CFC (D. Del.)
- Osterhaus Pharm., Inc. v. CVS Health Corp., No. 2:24-cv-01539-PHX-JJT (D. Ariz.)
Ms. Hollinger has also assisted with the firm’s pro bono efforts, including in Estados Unidos Mexicanos v. Diamondback Shooting Sports, Inc., No. 4:22-cv-00472-TUC-RM (D. Ariz.).
Ms. Hollinger received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2022. She served as an Articles Editor with The Georgetown Law Journal, as well as Treasurer for the First Generation Students’ Union. As a law student, she served as an extern with the Division of Enforcement of the CFTC, the Bureau of Competition of the FTC, and the Antitrust Division of the DOJ.
Ms. Hollinger completed her undergraduate degree at Pitzer College in Claremont, California, with a major in Creative Writing. She grew up in Lancaster County, PA. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her Shetland Sheepdog, Flynn.
