Berger Montague was recently named co-lead counsel representing a class including the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement (APER) and the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS) in an investor suit alleging that the retail chain Five Below overstated its growth prospects that saw their stock drop precipitously after sales expectations fell short.

Five Below is a chain of discount stores that prices most of its products at $5 or less. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the chain is aimed at tweens and teens. There are more than 1,700 stores in 43 states.
