Berger Montague Associate Jeremy Gradwohl Named AAI 2026 Antitrust Enforcement Award Honoree
Berger Montague, a leading national plaintiffs’ law firm, announced today that associate Jeremy Gradwohl has been named a 2026 Honoree by the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) in the category of Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer. Mr. Gradwohl is recognized for his work on Berger Montague’s co-lead counsel team representing a certified class of web publishers in In re Google Digital Advertising Antitrust Litigation, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
“Jeremy’s recognition by the American Antitrust Institute reflects the high caliber of advocacy Berger Montague professionals bring to every case,” said Chairman Eric L. Cramer. “He has been an integral part of the team holding Google accountable in this litigation, and this honor is a well-deserved reflection of the dedication and skill he brings to protecting the certified class of internet publishers harmed by anticompetitive conduct.”
Mr. Gradwohl serves on the litigation team representing a class of thousands of web publishers who allege that Google engaged in a scheme to monopolize markets for products publishers use to sell their ad space. In December 2025, the court granted class certification in the case, a ruling that earned the team a spot among Law360’s “Legal Lions of the Week.” Just yesterday, the court denied Google’s motion for summary judgment, clearing a path toward trial.
The AAI Antitrust Enforcement Awards honor legal practitioners and economists whose work has significantly advanced antitrust litigation.
