Berger Montague Attorneys to Lead AAJ Virtual Session on Arbitration

Shareholder Paul Bland and Associates Matthew Summers and Julie Pollock will lead a virtual Lunch & Learn for members of AAJ’s Employment Rights Section. The event will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET.

The session will provide members with an update on recent events concerning arbitration agreements, including challenges to its enforceability, and the larger effects arbitration is having on the legal landscape.

Mr. Bland, Mr. Summers, and Ms. Pollock have previously spoken on the effects of arbitration. Earlier this year, they led a session examining the role of arbitration in Piccolo v. Disney.
