Berger Montague Named Interim Class Counsel in Wells Fargo Cash Sweep Case

PHILADELPHIA – Berger Montague, a national plaintiffs’ law firm’ is pleased to announce that it has been named Interim Class Counsel along with co-counsel in a proposed class action arising out of cash sweeps programs maintained by Wells Fargo. The lawsuit alleges that these cash sweep programs use clients’ uninvested cash to reap substantial profit for Wells Fargo while paying their clients unreasonably low interest rates.
