Joy Clairmont Speaks at Federal Bar Association False Claims Act Webinar

Shareholder Joy Clairmont served as a panelist in a recent CLE webinar hosted by the Federal Bar Association. The webinar, which took place on December 4, 2024, examined the False Claims Act public disclosure bar and original source exception. The session covered recent court opinions on the public disclosure bar and original source exception, including those pertaining to the scope of news media.

Ms. Clairmont practices in Berger Montague’s Qui Tam & False Claims Act Group. She has secured nine-figure jury verdicts on behalf of whistleblowers, and is the recipient of The Anti-Fraud Coalition’s Whistleblower Lawyer of the Year Award.
