H. Laddie Montague Jr. Named 2019 Influencer of Law by Philadelphia Inquirer

Berger Montague is excited to announce that the Philadelphia Inquirer has selected Chair Emeritus & Of Counsel H. Laddie Montague Jr. as a 2019 Influencers of Law Award Winner.

The second annual Influencers of Law Awards celebrates the Greater Philadelphia region’s leading lawyers. A panel of experts reviewed nominations based on accomplishments in specialized practice, business impact, and civic/community services. Mr. Montague and the other winners were recognized during an awards luncheon on March 26, 2019 at The Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia.

The Inquirer asked all winners the question “What influenced your decision to get into law?” Mr. Montague replied: “Law school itself. Until I began classes, I had no clarity in what my future vocation would be. Being in a small law school with personal interaction with professors, along with a new way of analyzing facts and the theories behind the law, made the profession seem fascinating—I was right.”
