Shareholder Joshua Davis Organizes Third Annual Complex Litigation Ethics Conference

The third annual Complex Litigation Ethics Conference will take place on October 17-18, 2024 on the UC Law SF campus. The conference is organized by Joshua Davis, Chair of Berger Montague’s Complex Litigation Ethics Consulting Group, and the Center for Litigation and Courts at UC Law SF. The event brings together luminaries in the field—including judges, scholars, and practicing lawyers—to discuss cutting edge ethical issues in multidistrict litigation and class actions.
