Caitlin Adorni

Biography

Caitlin Adorni is Counsel with the Firm and practices in the Firm’s antitrust group.

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Adorni worked in corporate, and securities litigation with several NYC-based firms, including Cravath, Swaine, and Moore LLP as well as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. While working in securities litigation, she was a member of the litigation team that secured one of the largest securities class action settlements in history. In addition, she worked as a legal consultant for the Americas Employee Relations Partner Investigations Team with JP Morgan Chase, with a specific focus on anti-money laundering (AML) practices.

Ms. Adorni is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, as well as the LGBT Bar Association of New York. She holds a professional certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
