Biography
Ms. Adorni serves as the firm’s Director of Portfolio and Institutional Client Monitoring Services.
In this role, Ms. Adorni oversees the firm’s portfolio monitoring program, which tracks the investment holdings of institutional clients. Utilizing advanced technology and AI-driven tools, she cross-references trading data daily to identify potential securities class action claims on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients. Her responsibilities include regular coordination with custodial banks, conducting detailed trade analyses to evaluate potential losses, and assisting in calculating and assessing damages related to securities litigation. Ms. Adorni works in close collaboration with the firm’s securities litigation team, providing critical financial insights and analysis in support of the team’s representation of its institutional clients.
With a specialized focus on integrating AI solutions within the legal sector, Ms. Adorni is a member of Women in AI (WAI), a global nonprofit organization that promotes women’s involvement in AI and technology innovation. She is also involved with the New York Women’s Bar Association and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
Ms. Adorni holds a Professional Certification in Artificial Intelligence Strategy from Cornell University and earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York State.
