Carl Copenhaver is Counsel practicing in the Firm’s Antitrust practice group. Mr. Copenhaver has nearly 18 years of experience in complex commercial litigation specializing in discovery and evidentiary-related aspects of litigation preparation.

Mr. Copenhaver graduated from Carleton College with a B.A., magna cum laude, and earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
