Biography
Craig Hillwig is Counsel in the Antitrust Practice Group, where he focuses on discovery-related matters. Craig has more than thirty years of experience litigating class actions and other complex cases in the fields of Antitrust, consumer protection, human rights, civil rights, and mass torts. Prior to joining the Firm, Craig was a shareholder at another prominent Philadelphia-based Antitrust class action firm. Craig also has significant experience advising small businesses on internal governance, contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, trademarks, and corporate litigation.
Craig received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Catholic University Law Review. Following law school, Craig served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward N. Cahn, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity.
