Biography

David M. Catherine is Counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Catherine has over 15 years of experience working in litigation, with a focus on discovery and litigation preparation, primarily in the areas of Pharmaceutical Antitrust, Pharmaceutical Products Liability, Commercial Litigation, Shareholder Derivative Litigation and ERISA.

Mr. Catherine graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned his Juris Doctor at Syracuse University College of Law.

Mr. Catherine is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.

Business and Community Leadership

  • Mr. Catherine is currently a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. He has also volunteered with several animal rescue organizations in the Lehigh Valley, coached youth soccer in his community and has served as an Alternate on the Zoning Board of the Borough of Coopersburg.
