Biography
Dawn Dziuba is Counsel at Berger Montague, where she focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation. She has extensive litigation experience across all phases of complex matters, including discovery and document management, electronic discovery, legal research and analysis, drafting briefs, motions, and legal memoranda, and case analysis and management.
Ms. Dziuba has worked on complex matters involving substantial factual records and large volumes of documents and electronically stored information, and is skilled in developing, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing evidence and legal issues, including developing factual narratives to support litigation strategy and case development.
Ms. Dziuba’s multidisciplinary academic background informs her analytical approach to litigation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University, where she double-majored in Political Science and Communications and graduated magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and later earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law and a Master of Arts in Political Economy and Public Policy from Washington University in St. Louis.
