Biography
Dennie Zastrow is an Associate in the Antitrust practice in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Zastrow was an associate in the antitrust practice group of a large international law firm.
Mr. Zastrow has litigated a variety of high-stakes antitrust cases, including a putative class action brought against a large healthcare provider and its clinically integrated network of outpatient providers accused of exclusive dealing, tying, and price fixing in violation of Sherman Act Section 1 and 2. He has also participated in numerous class actions throughout the country in which plaintiffs are challenging the financial structure of the United States residential real estate industry.
Mr. Zastrow has been recognized for his contributions to the legal profession and the community. In 2023, he was included in City and State Pennsylvania’s 40 under 40 and was named Volunteer Attorney of the Year by Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. In 2025, Mr. Zastrow was recognized as one of the Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 by the National LGBT Bar Association. Mr. Zastrow graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017, where he was a staff editor on the Temple Law Review. Mr. Zastrow also participated in the Federal Judicial Clerkship Clinical Honors Program, where he interned for the Honorable Judge C. Darnell Jones II of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
