Biography

Katherine Raths is an Associate in the Firm’s Minneapolis office and practices in the Firm’s Consumer Protection Group.

Before joining the Firm, Katherine served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul C. Thissen on the Minnesota Supreme Court and Michelle A. Larkin on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Katherine graduated from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  While at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Katherine served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, worked as a teaching assistant, and clerked at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.

Before attending law school, Katherine earned her undergraduate degree at Tulane University.  She started her career teaching English in Spain, and subsequently taught English, History, and Spanish at urban, suburban, and rural schools throughout the United States.  She received her Masters of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs.  She currently serves on the Mitchell Hamline Alumni Board.
