Biography
Samantha (Sammy) Kelly is an Associate in the Antitrust department at the Firm’s San Francisco office.
Sammy graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Consumer Law and Economic Justice. While in law school, Sammy externed for the Honorable Edward M. Chen in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She also worked on human rights cases against powerful multinational corporations as an extern for a human rights-focused legal organization. Sammy served as a Submissions Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and a Research Assistant through the Berkeley Center for Consumer Law and Economic Justice.
Prior to law school, Sammy graduated summa cum laude in Global Studies from UCLA, where she was awarded departmental highest honors. Her honors thesis investigated the relationship between predatory lending and economic crisis in low- and middle-income countries.
