Biography
Sarah Thompson is an Associate in the Wage and Hour practice group, focusing on wage theft class actions brought under state and federal laws.
Before joining the firm in 2026, Ms. Thompson was part of the litigation practice group at a large international law firm, where she focused on complex commercial litigation, administrative law, and intellectual property law. Previously, she also worked at two national non-profits and focused on litigation against federal immigration agencies under the U.S. Constitution, Federal Tort Claims Act, Administrative Procedure Act, Freedom of Information Act, and other related claims on behalf of individuals, organizations, and classes of similarly-situated plaintiffs.
From 2022-2024, Ms. Thompson clerked for Chief Judge Dolly M. Gee in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Thompson earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2018, where she was a Student Advocate in the Immigrant Rights Clinic and a Peggy Browning Fellow.
