In re Lemonade, Inc. Data Disclosure Litigation

Berger Montague Shareholder Mark DeSanto has been appointed Co-Lead Class Counsel in a nationwide class action lawsuit alleging insurance company, Lemonade, disclosed approximately 200,000 individuals’ driver’s license numbers in violation of the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act. With over 2.4 million customers, Lemonade offers a range of insurance policies, including homeowners insurance, pet insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance, in the U.S. and Europe. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
