Led by David F. Sorensen of Berger Montague, the case was litigated in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and captioned In re Namenda Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation, No. 15-cv-7488 (S.D.N.Y.). This is the largest single-defendant settlement in U.S. history for a case alleging delayed generic competition.
