In December 2025, the plaintiff filed a Fresh as Amended Statement of Claim with his application for leave and certification, alleging that Telus International (Cda) Inc. and certain former executives made misrepresentations about the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) products and services, including their impact on revenues, profit margins, and earnings per share, during the period from February 9, 2023 to August 1, 2024. The claim asserts that later disclosures in May and August 2024 contradicted earlier messaging, and that investors consequently suffered losses following those disclosures. The motions are scheduled to be heard in Toronto, Ontario in October 2026.
