E. Michelle Drake Named 2020 Elite Woman of the Plaintiffs Bar; Berger Montague Selected as Elite Trial Lawyers Finalist

Berger Montague is proud to announce that the National Law Journal has named Managing Shareholder E. Michelle Drake a 2020 Elite Woman of the Plaintiffs Bar. In addition, the Firm was named a 2020 Elite Trial Lawyers finalist in seven areas of law – Antitrust, Consumer Protection, Employment Rights, Pharmaceutical Litigation, Privacy/Data Breach, Product Liability, and Securities Litigation. The winners for each category will be announced at the Elite Trial Lawyers Awards Reception on January 20, 2020, at Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, FL.

According to the National Law Journal, the Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar recognition “celebrates women lawyers who have consistently excelled in high-stakes matters on behalf of plaintiffs across their careers and within the last year.”

For the 2020 Elite Trial Lawyers, the National Law Journal states that finalists “have demonstrated repeated success in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 15 months. They also possess a solid track record of client wins over the past three to five years.”

Cases from Berger Montague’s Antitrust, Consumer Protection, Credit Reporting and Background Checks, Defective Products, Employment & Unpaid Wages, Securities & Investor Protection, and Technology, Privacy & Data Breach practice groups were highlighted in the award submission.
