Court Appoints Berger Montague to Executive Committee in Salesforce Data Breach Case
On January 11, 2026, the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California appointed Berger Montague Shareholder Mark DeSanto to the Executive Committee in a data breach case against Salesforce in Scott v. Salesforce.
In particular, Mark DeSanto will be assigned to Allianz (Case No. 0:25-cv-03251 (D. Minn.)).
