Court Appoints Berger Montague to the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee in Allianz Data Breach Case

On February 9, 2026, the Honorable John F. Docherty of the U.S. District Court of the District of Minnesota appointed Berger Montague Shareholder Mark DeSanto to the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee (PLC) In re Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America Data Incident Litigation in a data breach affecting approximately 1.4 million individuals.
