Daniel Walker to Speak at the American Bar Association’s 2024 Antitrust Masters Course

Shareholder Daniel Walker is speaking at the 2024 Antitrust Masters Course on September 28, 2024 in Philadelphia, the final day of the four-day event. The conference is organized by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. 

Mr. Walker is speaking on the “Expert Witnesses” panel. The session will offer tips on how to select and use expert witnesses—including how to effectively direct and cross examine expert witnesses—to benefit antitrust litigation, discovery issues, Daubert motions, and more.

Mr. Walker focuses his practice on investigating and litigating complex antitrust cases against powerful companies. Over the duration of his career, he has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of consumers and workers.
