Mark DeSanto to Speak at Everlaw’s Summit ‘24 in San Francisco

Senior Counsel Mark DeSanto will speak on a panel on complex litigation at the 2024 Everlaw Summit. The panel, which will be held on October 23, is titled “A 360-Degree View of Complex Litigation: Mass Torts, MDLs, and More.”

The session will examine mass torts, MDLs, and other types of complex litigation from every angle, including perspectives from the judiciary and public sector litigation management. In addition to Mr. DeSanto, the panel features speakers from the Ohio and Missouri Attorney General’s Offices. CLE credits are available to attending lawyers.

The Everlaw Summit takes place October 22-24, 2024 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. The event features professionals in leading law firms, the judiciary, and federal and state governments who are at the forefront of some of the most consequential litigation and investigations of our time.
