David Filbert

Biography

David Filbert is a Paralegal assigned to the False Claims Act/Qui Tam Department where he is responsible for assisting attorneys in all aspects of the Firm’s cases, including case intake, damage analysis, discovery, document database management and all necessary supporting logistics. Mr. Filbert currently serves as one of the Firm’s Paralegals.

He graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a B.A. in Political Science, Widener University with a Paralegal Certificate, Lehigh University with an M.A. in Government and worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University at Albany’s Center For Technology In Government.
