Biography
Allan M. Hoffman is Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust Practice Group, where he focuses on discovery in complex litigation matters. Allan is experienced in prosecuting and defending class actions in the areas of Antitrust, consumer protection and human rights. Prior to joining the Firm, Allan was a Director at Bimbo Bakeries USA, managing leading brands and businesses for the world’s largest baked goods company. Before that, Allan was a senior associate in the commercial litigation departments of prominent Philadelphia law firms.
Allan holds a Juris Doctorate from the Columbia University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. While in law school, Allan clerked for the Honorable Jan E. DuBois in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Allan also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
