Joe Hashmall

Biography

Joe Hashmall, Senior Counsel, is a member of the Firm’s Consumer Protection practice group. In that practice group, Mr. Hashmall primarily focuses on consumer class actions concerning financial and credit reporting practices. For well over a decade, Mr. Hashmall has zealously advocated on behalf of consumers, including individuals subject to inaccuracies on their credit reports or background checks.

Mr. Hashmall is a graduate of the Grinnell College and the Cornell University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Hashmall served as the Executive Editor of the Cornell Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin and as an Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. Mr. Hashmall has also worked as a law clerk for President Judge Bonnie B. Leadbetter of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and for the Honorable David J. Ten Eyck of the Minnesota District Court.
