Lincy Thomas

Biography

Lincy Thomas is Counsel at Berger Montague, where she works with the Firm’s Antitrust practice on complex litigation matters, with a focus on discovery, factual development, and document analysis.

Before joining the Firm, Lincy practiced at a large law firm, where she worked on commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Her experience includes document review, privilege and confidentiality analysis, and support for compliance-related reviews involving risk-focused analysis in regulatory and internal matters. Lincy earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Texas.
