Biography
Lisa Uffman-Kirsch, Counsel for Berger Montague, has extensive experience with e-discovery in complex litigation. Her practice focuses on data analysis to assess the strength of evidence, research and analysis to assist case strategy, litigator deposition preparation, and analysis with recommendations on expert witness reports.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Uffman-Kirsch served as a discovery attorney on teams prosecuting a prominent, complex antitrust class action lawsuit; a high-profile defamation, privacy and unfair trade practice case; a high-profile MDL product liability case; and on a prominent MDL class action case concerning improper agricultural product marketing and commercialization, among others.
Ms. Uffman-Kirsch received her juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She received her LLM in public international law from Utrecht Universiteit in the Netherlands with a Law of the Sea concentration and is pursuing her PhD from the University of the Aegean in Greece. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Ursuline College in Ohio, majoring in legal studies.
When not assisting the Firm and its clients, Ms. Uffman-Kirsch is an advocate for defending and strengthening the rule of law.
