Biography
Mian Ali is a Discovery Counsel with the Firm’s Antitrust department. Before joining Berger Montague, Mian worked at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm handling several notable class action matters which resulted in settlements worth billions of dollars for clients.
Mian graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna cum Laude with a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in Corporate Finance from the University of Oklahoma and received his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law with a Business and Transactional Law Certificate. Mian also received the highest grade in Transactional Law Practicum II and Comparative Criminal Law in law school.
Mian’s practice focuses on the management of electronic data in complex litigation matters. Mian specializes in the discovery phase of complex litigation, including fact development for depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
