Susan Hu

Biography

Susan Hu is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Securities and Commercial Litigation group, where she litigates complex securities fraud and other financial fraud cases. Ms. Hu is a graduate of NYU School of Law, where she served as Notes Editor on the Law Review. She clerked for Chief Judge Jerome B. Simandle in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Berger Montague, Ms. Hu practiced securities litigation at another prominent plaintiff-side law firm. She began her career at Arnold & Porter, where she represented corporations, investment firms, and individuals in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including high-stakes contract disputes, environmental litigation, multi-state arbitrations, and multi-district product liability litigation.
