The United States edition of The Legal 500 recommended Berger Montague as a Top Tier Firm for Antitrust: Civil Litigation/Class Actions: Plaintiff. The Legal 500 notes, “…Berger Montague remains highly active in plaintiff-side class action work, acting in high-profile cases for clients across multiple industries. The firm’s capability in this field is growing with the addition of further antitrust practitioners and four new offices across North America.”

The Legal 500 specifically recognizes Eric Cramer as an “expert litigator” known for leading class actions across the country. David Sorensen is recognized for his work with environmental and pharmaceutical lawsuits.
