Berger Montague represents Inside Sales Representatives for Vytl Controls Group or any of its subsidiaries (W&O Supply, A-T Controls, Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Valsource, and Valve Automation and Control) in a collective action lawsuit alleging that Vytl misclassified the Inside Sales Representatives as exempt employees and failed to pay them overtime wages when they worked over forty (40) hours a week.

On July 3, 2025, Berger Montague filed a collective action lawsuit against Vytl Controls Group, W&O Supply, Inc., and Valve Automation and Control of San Diego, Inc.
