Berger Montague Named 2021 Elite Trial Lawyers

Berger Montague is proud to announce that the Firm has been named the 2021 Elite Trial Lawyers Pharmaceutical Litigation Law Firm of the Year by the National Law Journal. The Firm was also recognized as a finalist in the Antitrust category and for the NLJ’s Diversity Initiative Award.

In addition, Chair Emeritus & Of Counsel H. Laddie Montague Jr. won the NLJ’s 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award, while Shareholder Camille Fundora Rodriguez was recognized as a Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar.

The winners were announced at the Elite Trial Lawyers Awards Reception on July 29, 2021, at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City.

Each year, the lawyers and law firms honored in the Elite Trial Lawyers award series demonstrate repeated success in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs and possess a solid track record of client wins. NLJ editors and reporters reviewed hundreds of submissions for the 2021 award series. Berger Montague has been recognized annually since the series’ inception in 2018.
