Biography
Scott Freda brings over two decades of experience to his role as Senior Director of Governmental Representation. Working closely with the Firm’s executive leadership, Mr. Freda leads firm-wide strategic initiatives and proactive client development for many of the Firm’s departments, including Securities & Investor Protection, Antitrust, Consumer Protection, Environment & Public Health, and Commodities & Financial Instruments. Mr. Freda works with a wide array of institutional clients, including public pension funds, asset managers, and Taft-Hartley funds.
Throughout his career, Mr. Freda has worked extensively with a broad range of institutional clients and has played a key role in developing and executing initiatives that support the firm’s litigation and advocacy efforts. His background in public affairs and political strategy further enhances his ability to navigate complex governmental landscapes and deliver value to clients.
