Berger Montague PC, a leading national plaintiffs’ law firm, announces a class action lawsuit against Beta Bionics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBNX) (“Beta Bionics” or the “Company”) on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Beta Bionics securities during the period from July 30, 2025 through February 24, 2026 (the “Class Period”). This lawsuit concerns whether Beta Bionics and certain of its officers misled investors about the Company’s automated insulin delivery system, known as the iLet Bionic Pancreas insulin pump, the Company’s sole commercialized product.
According to the complaint, after the Company disclosed that it had received a Form 483 notice from the FDA following an inspection of its manufacturing facility, Beta Bionics repeatedly assured investors that the FDA’s observations concerned only its handling of customer complaints, as opposed to any underlying safety or efficacy issue with the iLet device.
However, the suit alleges that the FDA’s findings implicated the Company’s quality management system, its investigation and correction of device malfunctions, and its risk analysis for the device itself. Moreover, according to the complaint, the Company had failed to report serious injuries.
As this information was revealed to investors, the price of Beta Bionics common stock declined, and investors suffered losses.
Beta Bionics, based in Irvine, Calif., is a medical device company that develops and markets the iLet Bionic Pancreas, an automated insulin delivery system for people with diabetes.
