Case Status: Pending

Ticker Symbol: NASDAQ: BULL

Investigation Deadline: December 7, 2026

Berger Montague, a leading national plaintiffs’ law firm, announces a class action lawsuit, captioned Ward v. Webull Corporation, et al., No. 26-cv-03052 (M.D. Fla.), against Webull Corporation (NASDAQ: BULL) (“Webull” or the “Company”) on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Webull securities during the period from April 26, 2025 through October 6, 2026 (the “Class Period”). The deadline to apply for lead plaintiff is December 7, 2026.

What is this lawsuit about?

According to the lawsuit, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Webull’s mainland China operations were not limited to research and development and technical support functions; (2) Webull’s ownership structure, technical workforce, technology infrastructure, cross-border data routing, financing, and compliance structure were structurally tied to China; and (3) as a result, Webull’s representations that its principal business operations were based in the U.S. and that its U.S. customer data was insulated from non-U.S. access materially overstated Webull’s independence from the PRC.

Who is Webull?

Webull, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, with an additional office in New York City, is a digital investment platform founded in 2016 that provides retail investors with access to global financial markets.

What do I need to do?

Investors who purchased or acquired Webull securities during the Class Period may, no later than December 7, 2026, seek to be appointed as a lead plaintiff representative of the class.
