On September 4, 2025, Plaintiffs Maria Laurino, Ricardo Miller and current and former participants in a retirement plan sponsored by Valley Hospital filed a class action lawsuit under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). The plaintiffs are suing to recover losses due to the alleged mismanagement of Valley Hospital’s 401(k) retirement plan, including the selection and retention of imprudent investment options and engaging in prohibited transactions with a party in interest.
