Susan Leo

Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Susan Leo serves as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in the Firm’s Antitrust Department.  She has been with Berger Montague for over 20 years and is responsible for discovery matters and numerous other litigation-related tasks. 

Mrs. Leo graduated summa cum laude from Peirce College with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies.

Christina McCollum

Paralegal

Christina McCollum is a Paralegal for the Firm’s Consumer Department. She serves as an initial contact for consumer inquires to the Firm.

Her job duties include interviewing potential clients, collecting documents from individuals seeking representation, organizing the information and documents received, as well as maintaining communications with the prospective and retained clients. She is responsible for the overall organization of data, record keeping, and assisting the attorneys with continued client correspondences through the litigation process.

Ms. McCollum has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. She also assists the Marketing Department and attorneys with various design projects.

Abbigail Rothschild

Legal Project Analyst

Abbigail Rothschild is a Legal Project Analyst in the Minneapolis office. She communicates with potential clients, works to obtain proper documentation and aids attorneys in conducting research regarding claims. Abbigail received her B.A from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Tamara Stires

Paralegal

Tamara Stires is a Paralegal for the Mass Tort Department. Ms. Stires comes to the firm after working a cumulative 15 years as a litigation legal assistant with Berger Montague in the Antitrust & Securities Departments.

Martin Stock

Legal Project Analyst

Martin Stock is a Legal Project Analyst for the Firm’s Auto Defect and Defective Drugs & Medical Devices groups. He is responsible for conducting interviews with potential clients who seek representation, obtaining and organizing relevant documents, and preparing written materials to aid attorneys in summarizing and analyzing potential cases.

Diane Werwinski

Paralegal

Diane Werwinski is a Senior Litigation Paralegal in the antitrust litigation practice area. She maintains case documents for complex litigation, researches and analyzes documents and communicates findings to team members and partners, assists in preparing and filing court documents via ECF in the U.S. Federal District Courts, conducts factual and legal research and organizes all aspects of trial preparation.

Ms. Werwinski graduated from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Business Administration and with honors from Community College of Philadelphia’s Paralegal Studies Program.

Caitlin Wolfinger

Paralegal

Caitlin spent the last six years as a legal assistant for a small boutique maritime law firm in Philadelphia, before joining Berger Montague as a Paralegal.  She has experience working on cases in state, federal and appellate courts.  In December 2019, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Law and Public Policy, from California University of Pennsylvania.  She is excited to join the firm as a paralegal in the Auto Defect group. 

Elizabeth York

Paralegal

Elizabeth York has been with Berger Montague for over 15 years and serves as a Senior Litigation Paralegal and researcher for the Firm.

Ms. York assists attorneys in every phase of litigation from factual investigations through U.S. Supreme Court appeals. She specializes in document management in complex cases and has been the lead paralegal in tobacco, antitrust, defective product, and qui tam litigation. In addition, Ms. York has served as lead paralegal at several trials.

 Ms. York is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and has received an M.S. in English education from St. Joseph’s University.
