Attention: All current or former HomeSafe Alliance employees who were part of the mass layoffs beginning in late June 2025.
On June 30, 2025, Berger Montague filed a class action lawsuit against Defendants HomeSafe Alliance LLC, and KBR, Inc., as joint employers, alleging that Defendants laid off more than 200 employees and failed to provide those employees with sixty (60) days advance notice as required under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988 (the “WARN Act”). A copy of the Class Action Complaint is available here. The lawsuit seeks to recover up to sixty (60) days of back wages and benefits on behalf all affected employees.
We are encouraging all employees affected by these layoffs to reach out to us for a free confidential consultation to learn more about their rights under the WARN Act and how to join the case.
